Catherine heads up the Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis Service, a not for profit organisation which has provided a confidential health, wellbeing and safety reporting line for workers in the transport and infrastructure sectors for the last 24 years.Starting from a science and analytical background, Catherine has held a range of senior roles in the transport sector spanning policy, risk management and research, all connected by the thread of working to deliver better outcomes for businesses, their customers, and their people - particularly for health, wellbeing and safety.Having spent much of her career working with those taking decisions that impact safety outcomes, it is now a privilege to be enabling people on the front line who often have the best first-hand knowledge of the hazards to have their voices heard when they might otherwise stay silent. Hence helping the companies they work for to take better informed decisions.
Lucy Fell CFIOSH

Lucy Fell is currently Account director for Amey inArea 10 of the Strategic Road Network
Her responsibilities include balancing a background in operational delivery with a background in Health and Safety on the Maintenance and Repair Contract
Prior to this Lucy was Health and Safety Director at Highways England where her responsibilities include setting the 5 year strategy to improve the safety maturity of both Highways England and its supply chain. Lucy has completed a full divisional transformation and now leads a multi-disciplined team to support the £15billion investment on the strategic road network. Lucy is a key member of the Executive
Safety Committee, Board Safety Committee and company-wide SLT.
Prior to joining Highways England, Lucy led the SHEQ division at Kier Highways and worked as a Group H&S Improvement Manager at Galliford Try Plc. Lucy has recently become the youngest IOSH member to gain chartered fellow status.
