Joe Docherty – HSEQ Director – Amey Highways and Waste Services
Joe has over 20 years’ experience leading on the management and direction of HSEQ across a wide range of sectors and operational areas. Having joined Amey in 2013, following many years in the Local Authorities sector, his current role is supporting the Highways and Waste Services business, which has approx. 5900 employees over 40 Contracts across the UK. Joe is passionate in ensuring that the Highways sector accept the challenge to embrace the current opportunities to change our approach and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to improve the health, safety and wellbeing
of road workers and road users.
